• McKinney Boyd wrapped up spring football with the Red v. White scrimmage on Wednesday, May 23. The Broncos are now under the direction of head coach Joe McBride.
      • McKinney High School finished up spring football on Friday, May 17th with their Blue v. Gold Scrimmage.
      • McKinney North junior London Culbreath successfully defended both of her state championship titles in the 3200m and the 1600m at the UIL 5A State Track & Field Meet on Friday, May 10, 2019. Her gold-medal performances helped lead her team to a third-place finish in the 5A division.
      • McKinney North catcher Kolby Bryant works behind the plate during a Regional Quarterfinal game against Wylie East on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Allen High School. Wylie East won 6-4.
      • The McKinney Boyd Broncos defeated the Eagles of Allen in the regional quarterfinals of the playoffs. The Broncos will play The Woodlands in a best of three series in the regional semi-finals on Wednesday, May 22, 2019.
      • The Lady Bulldogs proved why they're the team to beat in 5A Softball. The Frisco Independence team is the best team from Frisco this year but were shaken in the first inning against North and could not recover.
      • McKinney Boyd's Kayala Ali finished 4th in the 400m dash and ran the anchor leg of the 4th place 4 x 400m Relay. The Lady Broncos finished the state meet with 12 points for a 13th place team finish.
      • The McKinney North track team has multiple athletes compete in the 5A division of the UIL State Track & Field Meet on Friday, May 10th. Junior London Culbreath brought home 2 gold medals in the 3200m and 1600m, senior Brook Givens brought home a silver medal in the 200m and the 4 x 400m relay team brought home the bronze. As a team, the Lady Dawgs finished third overall.
